The platform includes automated prospect discovery, AI-personalised outreach sequences, follow-up automation, calendar booking integration, and a reporting dashboard. The Service is delivered as a SaaS subscription with onboarding support included.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter a binding agreement. By subscribing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Account and Subscription
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Subscriptions are billed on the terms agreed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, or closed deals, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Section 8 - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mehakdhoundiyal.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
