At mehakdhoundiyal.com, we stand behind the performance of our AI outbound platform. We want every client to experience meaningful results, and our refund policy reflects that commitment.

First Deal Guarantee

If you subscribe to the platform and the system does not contribute to securing your first closed deal during your active subscription period, you are eligible to request a full refund of the amount paid.

Conditions for eligibility:

• The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only

• - You must have completed onboarding and launched your campaigns as directed by our team

• - A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your subscription start date

• - You must provide a brief account of your experience and the campaigns run

Standard Subscription Refunds

Outside of the First Deal Guarantee:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the current billing cycle

• - Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods

• - If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. No refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing cycle after cancellation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
